According to the spirit of China Securities Regulatory Commission's Reply on the Clean-up Plan of the Original Investment Fund in Shanghai Stock Exchange (Fund Zi [2000]No. 10), the Fund held the second temporary beneficiary meeting in 2000 by means of communication voting on June 19, 2000, and the meeting passed the resolution of applying for delisting of the Fund. The relevant matters of fund delisting are hereby announced as follows: 1. The securities code of the Fund is 500502, and the securities are referred to as Baoding Fund for short.

2. The last trading day of the Fund is June 27th, 2000, and the delisting time is June 28th. Since June 28th, 2000, the Fund has terminated its trading in Shanghai Stock Exchange.

3. After delisting, the fund will be renamed as "Handing Securities Investment Fund".

4. After the closing of the market on June 27th, 2000, the fund scale will be adjusted from the current 1: 2 to 200 million shares, that is, the unit holding 1 share of Baoding Fund will be converted into two Handing Securities Investment Funds.
