A. Promote the industrial chain to the middle and high end, and strive to build a number of industrial clusters with national influence.

B. Promote the deep integration of advanced technologies such as Internet, big data and artificial intelligence with industries.

C create a good ecological environment for industrial development, give play to the role of venture capital guiding fund for emerging industries and future industries, support the initial development of innovative enterprises, improve the access conditions, regulatory rules and standard systems conducive to the development of new technologies, new products and new models, and encourage the adoption of innovative products and services.

D. Promote the construction of Hezhou National Civil UAV Test Base and vigorously develop manned UAV and navigation equipment manufacturing industry.

Implement the decision-making arrangements of the CPC Central Committee, the State Council and the Party Committee and government of the autonomous region, accelerate the expansion of strategic emerging industries in our region, improve quality and efficiency, promote the transformation of industrial structure, and achieve high-quality economic development.

The Development and Reform Commission of the Autonomous Region has compiled the Three-year Action Plan for Strategic Emerging Industries in Guangxi (202 1-2023) (hereinafter referred to as the Action Plan), with the goal of increasing the contribution rate of strategic emerging industries to economic development, enhancing industrial competitiveness and promoting the high-quality economic development of the whole region.

Strategic emerging industries are an important power source to pull and drive future economic and social development and an important means to seize the commanding heights of a new round of economic and technological development. At present, the development of strategic emerging industries in our region is in the primary stage, with poor industrial development foundation, lack of talents, weak science and technology and difficult start. There are many things we want to do, but there are very few things we can really do.

In order to speed up the cultivation and growth of strategic emerging industries in our region during the 14 th Five-Year Plan period, lay out future industries in advance, and provide a new engine for high-quality economic development, the Development and Reform Commission of the Autonomous Region has compiled the Action Plan.

The Action Plan focuses on building the ecology of strategic emerging industries in Guangxi, defining the development path of strategic emerging industries, and aiming at improving the contribution rate of strategic emerging industries to economic development, enhancing industrial competitiveness, building strategic emerging industrial clusters and promoting the high-quality development of strategic emerging industries.
