Article 12 of the Trial Measures for the Administration of Social Assistance Fund for Road Traffic Accidents shall be paid by the traffic accident assistance fund for the funeral expenses and part or all of the rescue expenses of the victims of road traffic accidents under any of the following circumstances: (1) The rescue expenses exceed the liability limit of compulsory insurance; (two) the motor vehicle did not participate in compulsory insurance; (3) A motor vehicle escapes after an accident. If the victim or his near relatives apply for relief funds, they may apply to the public security traffic control department for relief, or they may entrust a medical institution or funeral service institution to apply for relief.
