In order to do a better job in the 202 1 additional examination for art majors in colleges and universities in our region (hereinafter referred to as "the additional examination for art"), standardize the links and processes of the additional examination for art, and ensure the fairness, justice and openness of the additional examination for art, the 202 1 additional examination for art majors in our region continued to implement the unified examination for art design, musicology and dance, which was coordinated by Xizang Autonomous Region Education Examinations Institute. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
I. Registration
(1) Registration method
It is in line with the Provisions on the Admission Conditions of Ordinary Colleges and Universities in Xizang Autonomous Region (Tibetan Zhengban Fa [2006]13), the Implementation Opinions on the Admission Conditions of Ordinary Colleges and Universities in Xizang Autonomous Region (Tibetan Education Department [2006] 313) and the Supplementary Notice of Xizang Autonomous Region Education Department on the Admission Conditions of Ordinary Colleges and Universities in our region (Tibetan Education Department [2020])
Candidates must log in to Xizang Autonomous Region College Entrance Examination Information Management System (:8082) to register for the art examination. Please be sure to pay attention to the registration channels of candidates in this area and the registration channels of candidates in Tibetan high school classes (schools) in the Mainland. Candidates are requested to complete online registration from June165438+1October 10 to 20th, 2020.
Candidates must check the scanned copies of the second-generation ID card, household registration book (book, card), senior secondary education diploma (certificate of education issued by the higher education administrative department of the school) or equivalent education certificate, student status (personnel) file and other materials (hereinafter referred to as the application materials) online when registering.
For online confirmation of registration information, candidates must carefully check item by item to ensure that the information is accurate before submitting for confirmation. Candidates who fill in the information online but fail to submit confirmation will be invalid. I am responsible for the consequences caused by the error in the information provided by the candidates. After the registration, candidates' information modification applications will no longer be accepted.
(2) Print the admission ticket
The art examination in our district has set up Lhasa examination area and Changdu examination area. Candidates who successfully register for the college entrance examination and choose art subjects can print the admission ticket in the registration system. (3) Candidates who take part in the undergraduate enrollment of art majors outside the district must go to the registration point to receive the Registration Form for Candidates of Xizang Autonomous Region 20021National Unified Entrance Examination for Colleges and Universities (hereinafter referred to as the Registration Form, which is valid at the registration point) from February 65438 to February 25, 2020, and participate in the enrollment of art colleges and universities by virtue of the Registration Form.
Second, the examination time and place
(1) Examination time
The examination time for art design is165438+1October 28th, in which the examination time for sketch is from 9: 30 to 12: 30, the examination time for sketch is from 13: 00 to 13: 30, and the examination time for color is.
The beginning time of musicology is165438+1October 26-27, 9: 30 am-3: 30 pm 14: 30 pm. The re-examination time of musicology is165438+1October 28-29, in which the written examination time is from 9: 30 to 10: 30 and the interview time is1:00.
The preliminary examination time of dance science is165438+1October 26-27, from 9: 30 am to 3: 30 pm 14: 30 pm. The re-examination time for dance subjects is1October 28th-29th, 9: 30 am to afternoon 1 14: 30.
(2) Examination place
The art design test center of Lhasa test area is located in the second secondary vocational and technical school in Lhasa; Musicology and dance test center is located in Art College of Tibet University (Jinna Campus).
The art design test center of Changdu test area is located in Changdu No.4 Middle School; Musicology and dance test sites are located in Changdu No.5 Middle School.
Candidates are required to take the exam with the admission ticket and my second-generation ID card.
Since 2022, the art examination in our district has only set up Lhasa examination area.
Third, the examination content and score
(1) Art design: Candidates should bring their own 2B and 3B drawing pencils, erasers, art knives, color boxes, gouache (5 pieces of different sizes), gouache pigments (12 or 24 colors, one more white pigment can be prepared), pushpins or stickers, and small plastic pots. You don't need to bring your own easel, and the test center will provide it uniformly. (2) Musicology: Candidates should bring their own musical instruments (CDs), musical instruments (except piano), pens and other examination equipment according to the examination subjects.
(3) Dance: Candidates must wear thin dance clothes and shoes, and modern dance shoes can be worn during the second interview.
(4) Musicology and dance candidates must carefully check the examination outline, and those who do not meet the requirements for registration will not be interviewed.
Fourth, voluntary reporting and admission
(a) Art major enrollment colleges are divided into independent undergraduate course Art Colleges and provincial enrollment plan art colleges. Candidates who take part in the additional examination of art enrollment major in independent undergraduate course Art College are admitted in advance by the enrollment college; Candidates who take part in the art entrance examination in our district can fill in the provincial plan (the art enrollment plan announced by our district in advance) and be admitted by our district. The admission principle is: "The cultural achievement reaches the minimum control score for admission of art majors and specialties, and students who apply for art majors can also apply for non-art majors except early art majors and specialties."
(2) Candidates who have not participated in the art examination in our district may not fill in the art college (professional) volunteers based on the results of the provincial art entrance examination.
Five, the management of art majors in Tibet.
(a) enrollment institutions other than art majors must apply to Xizang Autonomous Region Education Examinations Institute on February 25, 2020 (see Annex 3 for the application form), accept their guidance and supervision, and collect fees in strict accordance with the relevant charging standards of the autonomous region.
(two) the enrollment institutions outside the art major area shall reach an agreement with the Xizang Autonomous Region Education Examinations Institute on specific matters such as the venue for additional examinations and the arrangement of examination affairs. The enrollment brochure for art majors must be announced to the public, and the contents of the brochure must include detailed explanations such as the type of running a school, the subjects and requirements of professional examinations, the time and place of school professional examinations, the annual enrollment scope, admission rules, tuition standards, etc.
(3) Tibet University, Tibet University for Nationalities, colleges and universities in our region, set up art majors to take additional exams. 202 1, art major of Tibet university is painting major; 202 1, broadcasting and hosting of art major in Tibet University for Nationalities. The relevant matters shall be subject to the college admissions brochure.
VI. Announcement, Review and Certificate Issuance of Achievements
(1) Xizang Autonomous Region Education Examinations Institute will open the function of inquiring candidates' scores (inquiry website) in the middle and late period of 20021/kloc-0. After the results are announced, candidates who have objections to the results submit a written application to the Admissions Office within 7 working days after the results are announced (Annex 4), and will not be accepted after the deadline. After accepting the candidates' registration, the Admissions Office should carefully check the candidates' registration information and report it to Xizang Autonomous Region Education Examinations Institute after confirmation. Xizang Autonomous Region Education Examinations Institute re-examines candidates' scores according to national requirements and candidates' applications, and truthfully issues a re-examination certificate (Annex 5).
(2) Xizang Autonomous Region Education Examinations Institute is responsible for printing the certificate of conformity of the unified art examination. If necessary, candidates can take part in the art examination with the admission ticket and the original ID card.
7. Violation of discipline.
The unified examination of art majors in our region is an integral part of the national education examination. Each examination area should further strengthen and standardize the management of examination rooms, closely organize examinations, strengthen the selection and training of examination staff and invigilators, and take examinations seriously. Strengthen the management of registration, examination, marking and grading, and strictly investigate all kinds of violations of discipline and fraud. All high schools should educate candidates to abide by the discipline of registration and examination, integrity examination and fair competition.
In strict accordance with the "Measures for Handling Violations in National Education Examinations" and the "Interim Measures for Handling Violations in Enrollment of Colleges and Universities", the candidates and staff who violate the rules in registration and examinations are investigated and dealt with. Those who violate the relevant provisions by leaking test questions, cheating in the examination room, altering test papers, etc., will be severely dealt with in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of the Chinese Production Party, the Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of Civil Servants of Administrative Organs, and the Interim Provisions on Disciplinary Actions of Staff in Institutions. Organizing cheating, buying and selling cheating equipment, buying and selling test questions, or helping to cheat, which constitutes a crime, shall be handed over to judicial organs and dealt with in accordance with the Interpretation of People's Courts and People's Procuratorates on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Laws in Handling Criminal Cases of Organizing Cheating in Examinations. Anyone who violates the integrity test will be submitted to the office of the Autonomous Region Integrity Leading Group for online registration from now on.
