The payment standards for critical illness mutual aid supplementary insurance are two payment levels: 122 yuan and 244 yuan per person per year.

The payment period for urban and rural residents’ basic medical insurance and critical illness mutual aid supplementary insurance in 2012 is: September 1 to October 30, 2011 for college students; September 1 to December 20, 2011 for primary and secondary school students and children; and 2011 for adults.
