BoCom Fengrun Bond a is a pure debt fund. The investment scope of the fund is financial instruments with good liquidity, including domestic treasury bonds, financial bonds, central bank bills, local government bonds, enterprise bonds, corporate bonds, and separately traded convertible bonds that are issued and traded in accordance with the law.

Fixed-income assets such as pure debt, subordinated debt, asset-backed securities, short-term financing bills, medium-term notes, bond repurchases, bank deposits, money market instruments, and other financial instruments permitted by laws and regulations for investment.

It does not directly purchase stocks, warrants and other equity assets in the secondary market, nor participate in the subscription of new shares and the issuance of new shares in the primary market.

At the same time, the fund does not participate in convertible bond investments (except for the pure debt portion of separately traded convertible bonds).
