(1) Abide by the laws and regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the management regulations of the Science Foundation, have good scientific ethics, and consciously practice the spirit of scientists in the new era;

(4) Having undertaken basic research projects or other basic research experiences;

(5) No formal employment relationship with overseas units;

The evaluation procedures of the Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars include peer expert exchange evaluation and conference evaluation.

(1) Communication review: it will be reviewed by more than 5 peer experts, with no less than 5 valid review opinions for each application.

(2) Meeting review: There are more than 9 meeting review experts, and the project applicants who participated in the meeting review should reply at the meeting. Experts from the conference will vote by secret ballot, and more than half of them will be recommended for funding projects.
