The national social science fund project does not require overseas study experience. The National Social Science Foundation is a funded project headed by the National Social Science Foundation Committee of China, aiming at supporting social science research and academic exchanges. Although studying abroad may provide applicants with certain academic background and research experience, it is not a necessary condition. What matters is the academic value and feasibility of the applicant's research topic, as well as the applicant's research background and ability.
