Directional Selected Graduates refers to the directional selection of full-time outstanding university graduates from some key universities in some provinces. Directional transportation is a new breakthrough in the introduction of provincial cadres and a green channel to attract high-level talents.

Recruitment in Selected Graduates is organized by the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee, and diversified selection and directional selection are combined. Second, the conditions for applying for Selected Graduates

1. Full-time undergraduate, master and doctoral students (excluding orientation students and entrusted students).

2. Excellent academic performance, able to graduate on schedule and obtain corresponding academic qualifications and degrees.

5. Those who have been punished during school, or those who are prohibited from being employed as civil servants by laws and regulations, may not apply for the exam.
