1. immediate family members (spouse, children, parents) can contribute to the provident fund. Spouses, children or parents who want to withdraw money need to provide their ID card, marriage certificate or household registration book and deposit them in the employee's bank account, and the withdrawal money can only be transferred to the employee's bank account.
2. If the paid-in employee is really unable to handle the withdrawal in person for some reason, and the agent is not a lineal relative or cannot provide proof of lineal relative, it shall be handled by the unit in principle, but the money must be transferred to the paid-in employee's account, and the unit shall be responsible for transferring it to the employee himself.
3. In addition to the above two cases, if the deposit employee entrusts others to handle it, he must provide a notarial certificate and a copy issued by the notary department, otherwise it will not be handled.
Legal basis: Regulations on the Management of Housing Provident Fund
Thirteenth housing provident fund management center shall set up a housing provident fund account in the entrusted bank.
The unit shall go to the housing provident fund management center for the registration of housing provident fund deposit, and after being audited by the housing provident fund management center, set up a housing provident fund account for its employees at the entrusted bank. Each employee can only have one housing provident fund account.
The housing provident fund management center shall establish a detailed account of employee housing provident fund to record the deposit and withdrawal of employee individual housing provident fund.
Thirty-fourth housing provident fund management center and employees have the right to urge units to perform the following obligations on time:
(a) housing provident fund deposit registration or change, cancellation of registration;
(two) the establishment, transfer or sealing of the housing provident fund account;
(3) Paying the housing provident fund in full.
