The outstanding characteristics of the faculty of law school are: young, most of the teachers are under 40 years old, and the members of the leading group are young and full of vitality; With high academic qualifications, the vast majority of professors, associate professors and lecturers are doctors who graduated from famous domestic universities or returned to China, and teachers with doctoral degrees account for more than 80% of the total number of full-time teachers; With frequent international exchanges, the college has established strategic cooperative relations with many famous foreign law schools. Every year, a group of teachers go to the United States, Britain, Japan, Canada and other countries for academic exchanges, and many overseas scholars come to teach in our school every semester.

Many law school teachers were selected into the "New Century Excellent Talents Support Program" of the Ministry of Education or won many provincial and ministerial honorary titles, and dozens of law school teachers won national and provincial awards. In order to strengthen practical teaching, optimize the structure of teachers and make better use of social resources to help run schools, the Law School has hired a group of senior legal experts from famous universities and institutions such as the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuratorate, Ministry of Justice, China Banking Regulatory Commission, China Securities Regulatory Commission, China Insurance Regulatory Commission, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, Beijing Higher People's Court and Beijing People's Procuratorate as part-time professors, and also hired legal experts from financial institutions such as China Industrial and Commercial Bank, China Construction Bank, China Bank, Agricultural Bank of China and China CITIC Bank.
