How to operate the public offering REITs fund?
There are three ways for investors to participate in the share subscription of infrastructure public offering REITs funds, namely, strategic investor placement, offline investor placement and public investor subscription. However, strategic investors and offline investors are often original rights holders and professional institutional investors. How do ordinary public investors participate?

There are two ways for public investors to subscribe for public offering REITs:

(1) On-site subscription: Investors can directly participate in the on-site trading of the exchange by opening the right to offer public REITs, signing the risk disclosure statement of public infrastructure funds and using the on-site securities account to subscribe for the shares of public REITs.

Public investors subscribe for public offering REITs through the on-site market, and there are different capital threshold requirements. The minimum subscription threshold is Shenzhen Stock Exchange 1 1,000 copies and Shanghai Stock Exchange 1 1,000 yuan. In addition, after the public offering REITs are listed, customers who have opened the on-site rights of public offering REITs can also "buy" in the market.

2 OTC subscription: that is, investors use OTC fund accounts to subscribe for fund shares.

The minimum off-exchange subscription threshold of REITs in different public offerings is different, ranging from 100 yuan to 1000 yuan. However, the OTC share of public offering REITs has been closed for a long time and cannot be redeemed halfway.
