The academic level is high. Affection, the full name of "National Science Fund for Outstanding Youth", commonly known as "Summary of Affection". It is a young talents program established by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China in 20001,aiming at selecting and cultivating a group of young scientists with outstanding scientific research achievements and improving China's scientific and technological innovation ability. It is a very high academic level. In order to further implement the national medium-and long-term talent development plan, strengthen the cultivation of innovative young talents, and improve the talent funding system of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Natural Science Foundation of China decided to set up an outstanding youth science fund project from 20 12, to forge ahead and innovate in the front line of scientific research and independently choose the research direction to carry out basic research.
