The Social Insurance Bureau is the government functional department responsible for the collection and management of social insurance funds in this area.

The main responsibilities are:

(a) to implement the national, provincial and municipal social insurance policies, formulate local social insurance management and handling methods, work plans and annual plans, and organize their implementation, study and put forward opinions on improving social insurance policies and regulations.

(four) entrusted by the municipal administrative department of human resources and social security, responsible for supervising and inspecting the implementation of social insurance policies and regulations by employers and employees in the city, and correcting and handling illegal acts according to law.

(five) entrusted by the superior administrative department of human resources and social security, responsible for the identification of work-related injuries of employees of the employer; Responsible for work-related injury and disability rehabilitation, work-related injury prevention and management.

(six) responsible for the management, inspection and supervision of social insurance medical services provided by designated medical institutions and designated pharmacies.

(seven) responsible for the management and operation of social insurance funds in the region, to ensure the safety and appreciation of the fund.

(eight) responsible for the collection, statistics, analysis and release of social insurance information data in this area; Responsible for the management of social insurance personal accounts and social insurance files of the insured persons in this area.

(nine) responsible for the transfer of social insurance relations.

(ten) to be responsible for the verification of the living conditions of the social insurance insured and the dependents who enjoy long-term treatment.

(eleven) entrusted by the government of this area, responsible for the collection of employment security funds for the disabled and enterprise back pay security funds.

(twelve) to undertake other tasks assigned by the higher authorities and the municipal government.
