The national major water conservancy project construction fund that should be paid by the enterprise-owned power plant will be changed to be collected by the provincial power grid enterprises. In order to ensure that the funds should be fully collected and improve the efficiency of collection and management, the funds payable to enterprises-owned power plants will no longer be directly collected by the local financial Ombudsman Office of the Ministry of Finance, but will be collected by the local financial Ombudsman Office of the Ministry of Finance from provincial power grid enterprises on a monthly basis.
