5. The upper and lower limits of the payment base: If the employee’s average monthly salary in the previous year is lower than 60% of the average monthly salary of Beijing employees in the previous year, 60% of the average monthly salary of Beijing employees in the previous year shall be used as the payment base.
The portion that is more than 300% higher than the average monthly salary of Beijing employees in the previous year will not be used as the base for payment of wages.
