With the strong support and leadership of the Party Committee and the administration, our unit has actively carried out a series of effective assistance work in the implementation of the "send warm Project", focusing on helping employees with low income, low living standards and low competitiveness, ensuring the stability of the workforce and promoting the production, operation and reform of enterprises. The specific method is as follows.

The chairman of the grass-roots trade union personally took the lead, made plans, made investigations and studies, and implemented the objectives and tasks to departments and individuals, thus forming a networked, standardized and systematic leadership system in send warm. It has realized the situation that the upper level can participate in decision-making and the lower level can carry out work effectively. The unit holds regular meetings on aid and relief work and tries its best to get the funds in place when the funds are very difficult. At the same time, on the basis of investigation and understanding, functional departments strive to accurately grasp the situation of employees in difficulty in their own units, find out the base, uniformly print the registration form of employees in difficulty, establish files of employees in difficulty, and implement scientific and standardized dynamic management, which provides an important basis for the decision-making assistance work of administrative leaders. On the basis of establishing archives, the unit has successively formulated such rules and regulations as Opinions on the Implementation of send warm's Work, Measures for the Management of Poverty Alleviation Funds, Regular Analysis and Information Feedback System, and Pairing of Leading Cadres, and recently issued Opinions on the Implementation of Relief Mechanism for Difficult Employees and Interim Measures for the Management of Relief Funds for Difficult Employees, which laid a solid foundation for the unit to carry out relief work.

During New Year's Day, Spring Festival, National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival every year, the unit should allocate special funds to express condolences to employees in difficulty. Over the past few years, leaders of party and government trade unions at all levels have visited more than 3,500 people in difficulty. A total of 3,572 workers who encountered temporary difficulties were rescued, and the amount of assistance reached 34.82 million yuan. For employees suffering from major diseases, the unit not only allocates relief funds from the relief funds, but also calls on employees to offer love. For example, he donated 36,500 yuan to Zhang Baogui (renal failure), an employee of the second branch; Yan Haifeng (lung cancer), an employee of electric company, donated more than 7000 yuan; Liu Yinfen (Cancer), an employee of the Sixth Branch, donated RMB 58 100; The employee of No.9 Branch donated 8,500 yuan. In the face of economic difficulties, the unit insists on doing a good job in helping and rescuing, and also actively assists street communities in doing a good job in subsistence allowances. The trade union is responsible for bringing employees who meet the minimum living conditions into the scope of urban minimum living security. Get in touch with the community every quarter to provide convenient conditions for employees who meet the minimum living conditions. At present, 937 people in the unit enjoy the urban subsistence allowance.
(3) Establish and improve the relief fund. On the basis of the original "send warm Fund", this year, according to the company's requirements, we further established and improved the fund for helping needy employees. From organization to funding, it has been strengthened and enriched again.
(4) Poverty alleviation. The development of poverty alleviation activities has formed a system in the unit. 14 unit leaders and full-time trade union cadres paired up with poor workers to carry out assistance activities. For example, xxx, the vice chairman of the trade union, and xxx, the secretary of the trade union, paired up with three orphans in the factory, caring for them in life, encouraging them in spirit, helping them materially, enabling them to finish their studies smoothly, and actively contacting the graduated orphans to solve their difficulties fundamentally.
Two. Opinions and suggestions on rescue work
(1), the state should introduce specific preferential policies for vulnerable groups to improve their employment, schooling, medical treatment and housing.
(2) The civil affairs department should make great efforts to investigate and study the urban minimum living standard, and formulate standardized policies so that employees and residents with real difficulties can enjoy the urban minimum living standard.
(3) Timely exchange of advanced experience of brother units and mutual transmission of rescue and rescue information, so as to make send warm's work more solid and effective.
