? In order to ensure the smooth and orderly awarding of degrees in the fall of 222, according to the school's work arrangements, the relevant work arrangements are as follows:

1. Doctoral thesis defense and degree application

1. The deadline for applying for doctoral defense in the fall is September 19, 222.

2. Those who reply later than the deadline can apply for degrees in the next batch.

2. Blind evaluation, defense and application for master's degree thesis

1. On-campus blind trial:

All master's degree theses (of all types) applying for conferment must participate in on-campus blind trial (two copies).

(1) Master students can submit their papers for blind examination in the school only after the "degree management" in the "graduate education management system" has completed all the links before the "paper review".

(2) before September 8th (including that day), each college shall submit the Information Form of Subject Direction of Pre-graduated Master Students in Autumn 222 (see Annex 1), and after the examination and approval, the college will upload the papers to the blind evaluation system for master's dissertations. (Note: those who have submitted the blind examination papers in the school need not submit them again)

(3) The results of blind examination in the academic master's school are uniformly entered by the academic degree office. The master's thesis of professional degree must be submitted to another off-campus evaluation according to the regulations, and the results will be entered into the graduate education management system by the tutor and students. After the on-campus blind examination results pass (B and above), the degree office will select the best from the two and enter them into the system; After the grading results are complete, the tutor will review the grading results and the revision of the paper in a unified way.

2. Off-campus blindness:

(1) All students who are not on the list of applying for the summer master's degree are required to participate in the off-campus blindness examination, and those who have not been selected in the past must still submit blind examination papers.

(2) Before September 8th (including that day), all colleges will send the completed Information Collection Form for Off-campus Blind Examination of Master's Thesis (named: Information Collection Form for Blind Examination of Thesis _ Student ID, see Annex 2), the compressed package of the master's blind examination thesis (PDF format) and the abstract of the thesis (TXT format) to clbit@bit.edu.cn. (Note: those who have submitted the off-campus blind review papers need not submit them again)

(3) The electronic version of the blind review papers must not contain any information that reveals the names of the authors and tutors. Academic papers published during school are embodied in the form of * author+paper title+published paper source, and * stands for "one, two, three", etc., and thanks are omitted. The electronic version of the submitted paper is required to be in PDF format, named: 17_ two disciplines Code _ Student ID _LW. The abstract is in TXT format and named as 17_ two disciplines code _ student number _ZY.

(4) The deadline for applying for master's collective defense in autumn is September 19th, 222. The master's thesis is strictly examined by the tutor, discipline and college, and students must participate in the collective defense organized by the college.

(5) Pre-allocation system shall be implemented, and those who fail to get the result of off-campus blind drawing before the defense can defend first. Before the degree certificate is issued, the result of blind selection must be qualified. Please refer to the Regulations of Beijing Institute of Technology on Anonymous Review of Master's Dissertations (School Degree [217] No.7).

III. Time for submission of degree application materials and arrangement of degree meeting

1. Each college shall submit the application materials for degree to the corresponding degree evaluation sub-committee before closing on September 2, 222.

2. The degree evaluation sub-committees and school degree meetings in autumn are expected to be held on September 23-29, 222.

IV. Requirements for the examination of master's thesis

1. All units are requested to attach great importance to the examination of master's thesis and complete the task with high quality according to the time node and marking requirements.

2. All units are requested to strictly carry out 1% duplicate checking on master's degree theses, focusing on the quality of part-time graduate dissertations, and the graduate school will carry out duplicate checking on theses applied for degrees.

3. All units are requested to strictly review the revision work after the thesis defense, and ensure the final quality control to ensure that there are no unqualified papers.

4. Implement the accountability system. If the sampling of master's degree thesis in Beijing is unqualified, the enrollment of tutors will be stopped for 2 years, the enrollment plan of the college will be reduced, and the year-end performance appraisal of the college will be deducted.
