2. Investors shall purchase and redeem the fund shares on the open day, and the specific processing time shall be the normal trading hours of the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (except that the fund manager announces the suspension of purchase and redemption according to laws and regulations, the requirements of the China Securities Regulatory Commission or the provisions of the fund contract).
3. If an investor applies for subscription, redemption or conversion at a date and time other than the date agreed in the fund contract and is confirmed by the registration authority, it shall be deemed as applying for subscription, redemption or conversion on the next open day.
