If the relevant regulations in the past are inconsistent with the provisions of this notice, the "Notice on Adjusting the Living Difficulty Subsidy Standards for Supporting Immediate Relatives of State-owned Enterprises Employees who Die on Work or Not on Work" shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of this Notice.

The standards are: (1) If an employee dies on the job, a pension of 20 months’ average monthly salary in the province in the previous year will be granted.
(2) If an employee dies due to illness or non-work-related reasons, 10 months’ average monthly salary in the province in the previous year will be paid as relief.
Among them, if the one-time relief fee stipulated in the "Labor Insurance Regulations" is higher than the above standard, the original regulations can be implemented.
2. If an employee dies due to work, illness or non-work, the standard of regular living hardship subsidy for supporting immediate family members will be adjusted according to the different periods of participation in revolutionary work: (1) During the Red Army period, the Anti-Japanese War period, and the Liberation War period.
For those who work in the revolution, if their immediate relatives have non-agricultural household registration, the monthly allowances are 75 yuan, 73 yuan, and 70 yuan per person respectively; for those with agricultural household registration, the monthly allowances for their immediate relatives are 60 yuan, 58 yuan, and 55 yuan respectively.
(2) For those who participated in revolutionary work after the founding of the People's Republic of China, the monthly allowance for supporting immediate family members is 65 yuan per person if they have a non-agricultural household registration, and 50 yuan per month for each person who has an agricultural household registration.
3. For dependent immediate family members who receive regular living hardship subsidies in accordance with Article 2 of this notice, if they are alone, an additional 10 yuan will be paid per month on the basis of the above standards.
4. If the above-mentioned expenses have been included in social overall planning, they will be expensed from the overall planning fund; if they have not been included in social overall planning, the enterprise will be expensed from management expenses.
