1. The applicant applied for four documents, namely, the document that the judicial administrative organ proved that the obligor of traffic accident compensation was unable to pay the compensation or that the compensation actually obtained by the victim was less than 60% of the due compensation, the application for one-time financial assistance to families with special difficulties in road traffic accidents, the road traffic accident confirmation issued by the traffic management department of the public security organ, the appraisal opinion of the victim's disability grade or the death certificate.

2. After the application materials are submitted, the applicant shall submit the application materials to the traffic accident relief fund manager.

3. After the traffic accident rescue fund manager agrees to apply, he can receive the rescue fund.
