After climbing the Great Wall, there were two days of outdoor team building and quality development activities.
It can be imagined that after being tortured by the Great Wall, I, who had turned black into carbon ink, loved and feared the outdoor activities of these two days.
Since 718, except for the day of outdoor activities brought by the Champion Fund, we have been sitting in the classroom, listening to lectures, sharing and communicating.
So, I’m looking forward to this experience being different from the usual.
I'm afraid, I'm just afraid that I'll be so tanned that I can only see the whites of my eyes moving during the day.
However, in the end, love defeats fear.
Under the leadership and guidance of the fat, cute and funny teacher Yao in orange clothes in the picture above, I thoroughly enjoyed these two days that I will never forget, two days worth reflecting on and taking action in my life.
Day 1 July 31st 1. Warm-up activities: Raise your hands above your head and stretch upwards.
Then put your hand on the head of the previous person, spread your fingers, and rub the head gently.
Next, place your index finger on your temple.
Then massage the shoulders and pat the back.
2. Handshake Game Rules: Within 20 seconds, see who can shake hands the most times.
Do not hold the same person twice, and do not hold two people with both hands at the same time.
Purpose: Use activities to tell us that everyone must actively participate in the next two days.
If there is a partner who is not actively participating, the rest of the group has to figure it out.
3. Catching dragonflies Rules: The host tells a story. When you hear the number three, you must quickly withdraw the thumb of your right hand and use your left hand to grab the thumb of your partner on the left.
Story: Once upon a time there was a mountain, and there was a little monk on the mountain... Purpose: Learn to listen, listen carefully, and don't focus on your own personal activities.
Feelings: From beginning to end, I listened to the rules very carefully, but I still couldn't complete the game well.
The problem was that I knew the rules, but I didn’t listen carefully to the story, and I didn’t listen with a clear goal. That is, I made a mistake in my listening skills.
4. Who is the undercover? Rules: Each person in the team will get a piece of paper with a cross written on it as the undercover.
The moderator will give a topic, and the group will communicate and collaborate to solve the problem.
The undercover agent is responsible for disrupting the group's thinking.
Topic: There was a young man who bought a pair of shoes in a shoe store.
The cost price of this pair of shoes is 15 yuan, and the selling price is 21 yuan.
He gave a 50 yuan note to the shoe owner, but the boss had no change, so the shoe owner took the 50 yuan note and went to the grocery store owner to exchange the change and get the change.
Afterwards, the grocery store owner discovered that the 50 yuan was fake, so the shoe owner had to take another 50 yuan to the grocery store owner.
So, how much money did the shoe owner lose?
Purpose of the game: In the end, we discovered that there were no undercover agents in each team at all.
While we are all communicating, we use the tinted glasses of looking for undercover agents to evaluate the team members.
The purpose of this game is to make us aware of the impact of our mindset and labeling others, thereby reminding us not to label others in the following team building activities and future life.
Game experience: From this game, I realized the horror of labeling.
I always thought that there was an undercover agent in the team, so when others spoke, I always observed and analyzed with suspicion. I did not expect that during the process of observation and analysis, I had already preset the results of the observation and analysis, so that
I didn't really feel and know the players at all.
In life and teaching, we often label others, thereby neglecting what kind of person they are, and use our own inherent ideas to evaluate others, thus failing to see others clearly and misunderstanding others.
To solve this problem, first of all, we must have a broad mind and a pair of clear eyes.
Be tolerant and let go.
Secondly, don’t judge the other person easily, remember that what you see is just the tip of the iceberg, and understand people from a comprehensive perspective.
5. Team culture building 5.1 Select the team leader, team name, team goal 5.2 Create a formation 6. Write Chinese characters together Rules: Use n red ropes to tie a marker pen, all team members can only grab the end of the red rope, and write together
Write Chinese characters on paper.
Game purpose: Cultivate teamwork awareness and own communication skills.
Game experience: First of all, you must learn to cooperate with the work arrangements of the whole team, the goals must be consistent, and the team must be the center.
Secondly, you must actively take responsibility in the team, think in one place, and work hard in one place.
Then, listen carefully to the team members' ideas, listen first and then express, and respect others.
Finally, be patient. There is no invincible and excellent team from the beginning. A team requires everyone to spend time and effort to build it carefully.
You must have a full sense of trust and identification with the team. After all, the power of one person is limited, but the power of the team is infinite.
7. Untie the red rope Rules: The team forms a circle and ties their hands with the red rope, but be careful to lock and cross with the students on the left and right, and then find a way to untie the knot, provided that you cannot untie your own red rope.
Purpose: Clear your mind and think flexibly.
Feelings: In this activity, I entered a dead end of thinking and kept using the same method, resulting in no progress.
