There will be 7 examinations for the qualification examination of fund practitioners every year, including 4 for the appointment system and 3 for the national unified examination. The appointment examination is held in June, April, May and August, and the national unified examination is held in February, July and September.

There are three subjects in subject 1 * * * of the fund qualification examination, namely, subject 1 fund laws and regulations, professional ethics and business norms, subject 2 basic knowledge of securities investment funds, and subject 3 basic knowledge of private investment funds. According to the regulations, subject one is compulsory and the other two are optional. Candidates only need to pass subject one plus subject two or subject one plus subject three. The first subject is relatively basic and less difficult, mainly some common fund regulations and related business processes.
