The full name of "YBC" is "YOUTH BUSINESS CHINA", and its Chinese name is "China Youth Entrepreneurship International Program". It is a youth initiative jointly initiated by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, the All-China Youth Federation, and the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce.

YBC's mission: to help young people successfully start their own businesses and promote employment; to assist entrepreneurs in fulfilling social responsibilities and activating the economy; to assist the government in solving employment problems and promoting social harmony.

YBC project introduction: The purpose of the YBC project is to cultivate entrepreneurial spirit, improve entrepreneurial capabilities, promote corporate social responsibility, and promote coordinated development of economy and society.

The business management unit of the YBC project is the Central Youth League of China, and the organizing and implementing unit is the China Youth Social Education Foundation.

YBC has established a special fund for youth entrepreneurship by accepting social donations and funding to provide eligible young entrepreneurs with interest-free start-up capital and "one-on-one" tutoring and other public welfare services.
