The establishment of a fund management company shall be approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. If a fund management company is not established, it must meet the requirements stipulated in the Securities Investment Fund Law and the Measures for the Administration of Securities Investment Fund Management Companies in terms of shareholder qualification, articles of association, registered capital, employee qualification, internal system, organization and business place, and submit a written application to the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
