Chairman Liu Shaoyong

Mr. Liu Shaoyong is currently the Chairman of the Company, General Manager of China Eastern Airlines Group and Deputy Secretary of the Party Group. Mr. Liu joined the civil aviation industry in 1978. He used to be the deputy general manager of China General Aviation Company, the deputy director of Shanxi Provincial Administration of Civil Aviation of China, the general manager of Shanxi Branch of our company, and the director of Flight Standards Department of the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China. From December 2 to October 22, he served as the general manager of the company, from October 22 to August 24, he served as the deputy director of the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China, from August 24 to December 28, he served as the general manager of China Southern Airlines Group Corporation, from November 24 to December 28, he served as the chairman of China Southern Airlines Co., Ltd., in 28. Mr. Liu is also a director of the International Air Transport Association, a director of the Association for Relations Across the Taiwan Strait, and a deputy director of the first board of supervisors of the China Association of Listed Companies. Mr. Liu graduated from the Civil Aviation Flight Academy of China with a master's degree in Advanced Business Administration (EMBA) in Tsinghua University, and holds the title of special pilot.

vice chairman and general manager of ma xulun

Mr. ma xulun is currently the vice chairman, general manager, deputy secretary of the party Committee and party secretary of China eastern airlines group. Mr. Ma used to be deputy general manager of China Material Storage and Transportation Corporation, deputy director of Finance Department of Civil Aviation Administration of China, vice president and executive vice president of China International Airlines, president and deputy secretary of the Party Committee of China International Airlines Co., Ltd. from September 24 to January 27, member of the party group of China Airlines Group from December 24 to December 28, and China Airlines Group from January 27 to December 28. Since December 28, he has served as the general manager, deputy secretary of the Party Committee, deputy secretary of the Party Group of China Eastern Airlines Group, director of the Company since February 29, and party secretary and vice chairman of China Eastern Airlines Group since November 211. Mr. Ma also serves as the vice chairman of Shanghai Association of Listed Companies. Mr. Ma graduated from Shanxi University of Finance and Economics and Huazhong University of Science and Technology with a master's degree and is qualified as a certified public accountant.

Director Xu Zhao

Mr. Xu Zhao is currently a director of the Company and the chief accountant of China Eastern Airlines Group. Mr. Xu used to be an engineer and accountant of Dongfeng Motor Company, manager of the finance department of Shanghai Yanhua High-tech Co., Ltd. and chief financial officer of Shaanxi Heavy Truck Co., Ltd. Since November 26, he has been the chief accountant of China Eastern Airlines Group, the supervisor of the Company from June 27 to November 211, and the director of the Company since June 212. Mr. Xu graduated from Chongqing University majoring in foundry and the Chinese University of Hong Kong majoring in accounting with a master's degree. Mr. Xu holds the titles of engineer and accountant, and is qualified as a certified public accountant in China.

director gu jiadan

Mr. gu jiadan is currently a director of the company, deputy general manager of China eastern airlines group and a member of the party group. Mr. Gu used to be assistant to the general manager of Shanghai Airlines Co., Ltd., general manager of the Ministry of Commerce and secretary of the Party Committee. From May 25 to August 29, he served as member and deputy general manager of Shanghai Airlines Co., Ltd., acting general manager of Shanghai Airlines Co., Ltd. from August 29 to January 21, deputy general manager, party member and party secretary of China Eastern Airlines Group from January 21 to July 211, and deputy general manager and party secretary of Shanghai Airlines Co., Ltd. from July 211. Mr. Gu Jiadan obtained a master's degree and holds the title of senior economist.

Li Yangmin, director and deputy general manager

Mr. Li Yangmin is currently a director, party secretary, deputy general manager and a member of the party group of China Eastern Airlines Group. Mr. Li joined the civil aviation industry in 1985. He used to be the deputy general manager and route manager of China Northwest Airlines Aircraft Maintenance Base, the general manager of China Eastern Airlines Aircraft Maintenance Base and the deputy general manager of China Eastern Airlines Northwest Branch. Since October 25, he has served as the deputy general manager of the Company, and from July 21 to December 212, he also served as the safety director of the Company. Since May 211, he has served as a member of the party group of China Eastern Airlines Group, and since June 211, he has served as the party secretary and director of the Company. Mr. Li graduated from civil aviation university of china and Northwestern Polytechnical University with a master's degree, and obtained an EMBA degree from Fudan University with the qualification of senior engineer.

Tang Bing, director and deputy general manager

Mr. Tang Bing is currently a director, deputy general manager and a member of the party group of China Eastern Airlines Group. Mr. Tang joined the civil aviation industry in 1993. He used to be the executive vice president (Chinese general manager) of Zhuhai MotoTianyu Engine Maintenance Co., Ltd., the director of the general office of China Southern Airlines Group Company and the president of Chongqing Airlines Co., Ltd. From December 27 to May 29, he served as chief engineer and general manager of the maintenance engineering department of China Southern Airlines Co., Ltd., general manager of Beijing Branch of the Company from May 29 to December 29, general manager of Shanghai Airlines from January 21 to December 211, deputy general manager of the Company from February 21, and China Eastern Airlines Group from May 211. Mr. Tang graduated from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, majoring in electrical technology, and obtained an MBA degree from School of Management of Sun Yat-sen University, an EMBA degree from Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management, and a Ph.D. degree in national economics from the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He is qualified as a senior engineer.

independent director of Liu keya

Mr. Liu keya is an independent director of the company. Mr. Liu joined the civil aviation industry in Taiwan Province in 1969. He used to be Honolulu Airport Manager, Americas Marketing Manager, Hawaiian Regional General Manager, European Regional Director, Head Office Planning Director, Head Office Marketing Planning Director, Marketing Deputy General Manager, Commercial Deputy General Manager and Head Office General Manager of China Airlines Taiwan Province. In addition, Mr. Liu has served as the director of Taiwan Province Huaxin Airlines, Taiwan Province Far East Airlines, Taiwan Province Huashan Air Chef, Taiwan Province Taoyuan Air Service Company, the chairman of Taiwan Province Huachu Logistics Company, and the chief operating officer of Hong Kong International Logistics Company in Asia. Mr. Liu has been an independent director of the Company since June 29. Mr. Liu graduated from Shih Hsin University in Taiwan and went to Stanford University twice in 199 and 1993.

independent director of Ji Weidong

Mr. Ji Weidong is an independent director of the Company. Mr. Ji used to be an associate professor and professor at the Law School of Kobe University in Japan. Since 28, he has served as the Dean and Chair of Kaiyuan Law School of Shanghai Jiaotong University. In addition, he is currently an honorary professor at Kobe University in Japan. Mr. Ji has been an independent director of the Company since March 21. Mr. Ji graduated from the Department of Law of Peking University, and successively completed the Master's degree and Doctor's degree in Law in the Graduate School of Kyoto University, and obtained the Doctor's degree from Kyoto University. From September 1991 to July 1992, he was a visiting scholar at Stanford University Law School.

independent director of Li Ruoshan

Mr. Li Ruoshan is an independent director of the Company. Mr. Li used to be the deputy director of the Accounting Department of the School of Economics of Xiamen University, the vice president of the School of Economics, the vice president of the School of Management of Fudan University, the head of the accounting department and the head of the finance department. Mr. Li is currently a professor and doctoral supervisor in the Accounting Department of Fudan University School of Management, a member of the Rights Protection Committee of China Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a vice president of Shanghai Accounting Society, a vice president of Shanghai Auditing Society, a member of the Advisory Expert Committee of Listed Companies of Shanghai Stock Exchange, and a consulting expert of the Accounting Standards Committee of the Ministry of Finance. Mr. Li has been an independent director of the Company since June 213. Mr. Li was awarded the title of "Top Ten Independent Directors in China" by Shanghai Stock Exchange in 21. Mr. Li graduated from the Accounting Department of Xiamen University, and is the first doctoral degree winner in auditing in China. He has studied in famous universities such as Belgium and MIT.

independent director of Ma Weihua

Mr. Ma Weihua is an independent director of the Company. Mr. Ma used to be the executive director, president and CEO of China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd., the chairman of Life Insurance Company Limited and the chairman of China Merchants Fund Management Company Limited. Mr. Ma is currently the chairman of Hong Kong Wing Lung Bank Co., Ltd., member of the 12th Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, vice chairman of China International Chamber of Commerce, executive vice president of China Entrepreneurs Association, executive director of China Finance Association, chairman of Shenzhen Comprehensive Research Soft Science Development Foundation, independent director of China Petrochemical Co., Ltd., Profit Time Holdings Co., Ltd. and China Resources Land Co., Ltd. Mr. Ma has been an independent director of the Company since October 213. Mr. Ma holds a Ph.D. in Economics and is a part-time professor in many universities such as Peking University and Tsinghua University.
