The strategy of rural revitalization "is to grasp and deal with the relationship between workers and peasants and the relationship between urban and rural areas from the overall situation and strategic height." The relationship between workers and peasants and the relationship between urban and rural areas is not trivial. Without the modernization of agriculture and rural areas, there will be no modernization of the whole country. Looking back at the history of world modernization, both positive and negative experiences and lessons tell us that how to handle these two relations well determines the success or failure of modernization to a certain extent. The practical process of China's agricultural and rural development since the founding of New China for more than 70 years has fully proved that "our grasp of the relationship between workers and peasants and the relationship between urban and rural areas is completely correct and fruitful".
