(3) deposit interest = depends on the deposit method and term;
(4) Public welfare income = parking fee+advertising fee+venue rental fee+other total income of all communities. After deducting the management fee of the property personnel for the project, the remaining part shall belong to all owners, and the amount shall be apportioned to the accounts of all owners according to regulations;
(5) Expenditure portion = the amount allocated to the owner's account with the consent of two thirds of the owners according to the voting votes issued by the industry committee.
