Fund recovery, also called fund redemption, operates as follows: Go to "My Fund" on the fund website, find the purchased fund and click the "Redeem" button. On this page, you can see the redeemable share, fill in the share you want to redeem, enter it and click Next. Jump to the transaction confirmation page, then enter the transaction password and click "Confirm Redemption". You will be prompted to submit a redemption application, and it is expected that the funds will be redeemed on T+X day (postponed in case of holidays). So the principal can be recovered.
