3. Open up a "green channel" and try to get help as soon as possible in case of emergency.
4. Distribution of relief funds: First, it can be directly collected from the Association; The second is to entrust the street (town) to issue it on its behalf; The third is home delivery; The fourth is collective distribution. All the above payment forms must be collected with the payee's ID card and signed (sealed).
