Scientific and technological services and intermediaries engaged in scientific and technological project management, scientific and technological evaluation, scientific and technological consultation, transformation of scientific and technological achievements, incubation of scientific and technological enterprises and audit of scientific research funds must strictly abide by industry norms, improve internal control system, strengthen integrity management and consciously accept supervision.

(three) to enhance the self-discipline and self-purification functions of social organizations such as societies, associations and research associations.
