Lin Haoran (1934.6438+0 1.24-) is an expert in fish physiology and fish culture in Lin Haoran, Lin Haoran. Born in Wenchang City, Hainan Province. 1954 graduated from Sun Yat-sen University. Professor, Institute of Aquatic Economic Animals, School of Life Sciences, Sun Yat-sen University. Systematically and creatively study the theory and technology of regulating the reproductive growth of fish: (1) clarify the mechanism that the synthesis and secretion of gonadotropin in fish are regulated by neuroendocrine, apply this theory to fish artificial reproduction, establish a new technology to induce fish to spawn by dopamine receptor antagonist and gonadotropin releasing hormone, popularize and replace the traditional fish oxytocin which is in short supply at home and abroad, and achieve remarkable application results. It has played an important role in improving the output of fish culture in China and is known as fish artificial oxytocin. Won the second prize of scientific and technological progress of the State Education Commission, the third prize of national scientific and technological progress and the second prize of Guanghua Science and Technology Fund. 1995 was included in the national key promotion project of scientific and technological achievements of the State Science and Technology Commission. (2) The mechanism of hormone regulating the reproductive activity of eel was clarified, and a new method of inducing the gonad development and maturation of eel by implanting steroid hormone was established, which provided a key technical route for the study of artificial propagation of eel. (3) Expounded the mechanism that the secretion of fish growth hormone and the growth of fish are regulated by many neuroendocrine factors, and found that gonadotropin-releasing hormone, dopaminergic substance and recombinant fish growth hormone can absorb and maintain biological activity in the digestive tract of fish, thus obviously improving the growth speed of fish, laying a foundation for accelerating the production of fry and fingerling by using these new fish production promoters; Won the second prize of scientific and technological progress of the State Education Commission from 65438 to 0997. (4) To clarify the neuroendocrine regulation of the reproduction and growth of marine cultured grouper and the mechanism of related functional genes, so as to promote the establishment, popularization and application of large-scale fry production technology.

1997 was elected as an academician of China Academy of Engineering.
