What is the application process of CSC scholarship?
I. Application process:

(1), take the language test and check the application requirements;

(2) Actively contact the tutor and obtain the invitation letter or admission notice of the tuition-free tutor;

(3) Prepare the application materials and submit the application.

Second, the application materials:

Domestic applicant

1. Application Form for Studying Abroad of National Scholarship Fund Committee (postgraduate class);

2. Unit recommendation form;

3. On-campus expert evaluation opinion form (submitted by the applicant for joint training of doctoral students);

4. Letter of recommendation from domestic tutors (submitted by applicants for joint training of doctoral students);

5. A copy of the invitation letter/admission notice;

6. List of tuition fees (submitted by those who apply for doctoral tuition fees);

7. Study plan (foreign language);

8. Resume of foreign tutor;

9. Copy of transcripts (from undergraduate stage);

10. Two letters of recommendation from experts (submitted by the applicant for doctoral tuition);

1 1. Copy of foreign language proficiency certificate;

12. Copy of valid ID card;

13. Copy of the highest education/degree certificate.

Overseas applicant

1. Application Form for Studying Abroad of National Scholarship Fund Committee (postgraduate class);

2. Recommendation form of the Education Department (Group) of the embassy (consulate) abroad;

3. Registration/student status certificate issued by the school;

4. A copy of the invitation letter/admission notice;

5. List of tuition fees charged (submitted by the applicant for tuition assistance);

6. Study plan (foreign language);

7. Resume of foreign tutor;

8. Copy of transcripts (from undergraduate stage);

9. Two letters of recommendation from experts (submitted by the applicant for tuition assistance);

10. Certificate of studying abroad funded by the National Fund for Studying Abroad (submitted by national public graduate students);

12. Copy of the highest education/degree certificate;

1. In order to fund students and scholars from all over the world to study and research in China universities, enhance mutual understanding and friendship between the people of China and the people of other countries, and develop exchanges and cooperation between China and other countries in the fields of education, science and technology, culture, economy and trade, the China government has established the China Government Scholarship. The Ministry of Education is responsible for providing China government scholarships to foreign countries according to the agreements or plans reached between the China government and foreign governments or international organizations, and entrusts china scholarship council (CSC) to be specifically responsible for the enrollment and daily affairs management of foreign students (hereinafter referred to as scholarship students) who enjoy China government scholarships to study in China. In order to strengthen the management of China municipal government scholarships and scholarship students, these provisions are formulated.

2. Qualifications of the applicant:

The CSC doctoral program mainly targets three groups of people:

(1), domestic undergraduate, master student, first-year doctoral student;

(2) Master graduates who have already worked;

(3) Self-funded or public master students studying abroad are self-funded doctoral students in the first year.

3. Other application requirements:

(1), get the invitation letter or admission notice:

No matter which of the above three types of applicants, you must first get an invitation letter from abroad or an admission notice of exemption from tuition fees before you can formally submit an application for CSC public scholarship.

(2), language performance requirements:

If it is an English-speaking country, it needs to reach IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL 95;

If it is a small language country, such as Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Japan and South Korea, it is necessary to take corresponding language tests. German, French, Italian and Spanish have reached the level of CECRL B2, Japanese has reached the level of 2 (N2), and Korean has reached the level of TOPIK4.

(3) Age requirement: no more than 35 years old.
