1. Log in to Boss personal account, click "More Operations" above "Bank Card", and click "Remittance Available Balance" in the expanded options;
2. Remittance records can be found on the "Remittance Available Balance" page (displayed separately by remittance arrival time), and click "Return" to submit a refund application;
3. Fill in the amount to be returned, transaction password and verification code, and click "OK";
4. After submitting the application, the page prompts the withdrawal time and returns to the page of available balance of remittance. The available balance in the refund record is displayed as 0.
