2. Examination results recognition:

(1) Recognition of securities investment fund examination results: Those who have passed the securities investment fund examination organized by the Securities Industry Association and passed the first section of the China Fund Industry Association within four years can apply to the China Fund Industry Association for the qualification of registered fund. Those who have not passed subject 1 of China Fund Industry Association for more than four years need to re-participate in subjects 1 and 2 of China Fund Industry Association. After passing the examination, the institution to which it belongs may apply to China Fund Industry Association for the qualification of registered fund.

(2) Recognition of the results of the basic examination of securities investment funds and securities markets: institutions that have passed the basic examination of securities investment funds and securities markets of the Securities Industry Association shall apply to the China Fund Industry Association for the qualification of registered funds within four years. If an institution that has not passed customs clearance for more than four years requests the qualification of registered fund practitioners from China Fund Industry Association, it needs to pass the qualification examination of fund practitioners from China Fund Industry Association, or after completing the training hours of follow-up training in the last two years, it needs to request the qualification of registered fund practitioners from China Fund Industry Association through the institution that has passed customs clearance.

(3) Confirmation of the examination results of "Basic Knowledge of Securities Investment Fund Sales": Those who have passed the examination subject "Basic Knowledge of Securities Investment Fund Sales" and have worked in relevant institutions shall have their fund sales qualifications recognized.

Those who have passed the examination of "Basic Knowledge of Securities Investment Fund Sales" and have not worked in relevant institutions for more than four years need to pass the qualification examination of fund practitioners of China Fund Industry Association, or after completing the training hours of follow-up training in the last two years, the institutions that have passed the examination shall apply to China Fund Industry Association for registered fund sales qualification.
