1. 4. Newly purchased commercial housing and second-hand housing can only be transferred after two years from the date of obtaining the certificate of immovable property rights or three years from the date of filing the previous land use contract.

5. If an individual transfers the only family house in this city, the period of exemption from value-added tax is 2 years. If the house is rented as affordable rental housing, a new house can be purchased at one time.
