Claim principle

2. Failure to provide goods insured service: the maximum compensation for air cargo is 20 yuan (RMB)/kg; The loss or damage of automobile goods shall be compensated within 3 times of the corresponding freight of the lost goods. The part of the compensation calculated in the above way that exceeds the actual value of the goods is invalid.
