Two-component platinum vulcanizing agent MC-98AB
Precautions for platinum vulcanizing agent:
1. When adding sulfur to platinum, the use ratio should be readjusted when dark products such as acetylene black, dark green and deep red are involved.
2. When adding sulfur to platinum, ingredients containing N, P, S atoms or heavy metals (such as hydrogen sulfide and mercaptan) cannot be added to the raw materials, which will cause a large number of pinholes on the surface of the product, which will lead to incomplete vulcanization of the product and mold sticking.
3. The temperature should not be too high in the process of rubber mixing, and it is best not to exceed 40℃. It is suggested that the open mill should be cooled by ice water circulation. It works best.
4. After platinum A and B are added, they need to be placed in a space with a temperature not exceeding 25℃ and used within 4 to 8 hours to prevent cross-linking at room temperature. If it is necessary to extend the storage time, an extender can be added appropriately, which needs to be purchased separately (available in our company).
5. Avoid high temperature and direct sunlight, and stay away from fire sources, acidic substances, metal oxides, ammonia substances and flammable substances. Suitable for storage below 25 degrees.
