The subsidy for graduate students should be unified throughout the country, depending on whether the school has paid it in full. At present, the full-time master's degree is fully subsidized by 6000 yuan/year. One month in 600 yuan, one month in winter and one month in summer.

The national scholarship for graduate students is used to reward particularly outstanding graduate students. Forty-five thousand students are awarded every year, including thirty-five thousand master students, twenty thousand yuan each, and sixty-five thousand doctoral students, thirty thousand yuan each.

4. National appropriation.

It is used to subsidize the basic living expenses of all full-time graduate students in national colleges and universities. The funding standard for master students is not less than 6000 yuan per student per year, and the funding standard for doctoral students is not less than 10000 yuan per student per year.

5. Zhu San post allowance.

Colleges and universities use funds such as educational appropriations, scientific research funds, tuition fees and social donations. Set up three-aid posts for graduate students and provide three-aid allowances. It is determined reasonably by colleges and universities according to the relevant provisions of the state, combined with local price levels and other factors.

6. National student loans.

The conditions, procedures and other relevant regulations for graduate students to apply for national student loans are basically the same as those for college students. In principle, the postgraduate loan is mainly based on the national student loan in the school, and the loan amount does not exceed 12000 yuan per academic year.
