You Zheng refers to Zhengzhou Kindergarten Teachers College, which is a full-time public institution of higher learning approved by the Henan Provincial People's Government and put on record by the Ministry of Education. Founded in 1954, the school is the first preschool normal school in Henan Province and one of the first seven independent kindergartens in China after the founding of New China. It is the first normal school to pass the comprehensive evaluation of the running level of Henan Provincial Department of Education and reach an excellent level. This is the third cooperation between China and UNICEF to strengthen kindergarten teacher training, and it is also the training center for kindergarten teachers and the research and information center for preschool education in Henan Province.
