First, the national considerations for studying abroad.

1. Before going abroad, students studying in public schools need to sign an agreement with the Scholarship Fund Committee to help them study abroad and pay the deposit for studying abroad. At the same time, the agreement needs to be notarized, and the notarized agreement will take effect;

2. Studying in a public school and returning to China with a degree in advance will be regarded as completing the study abroad plan ahead of schedule. If international students change their nationality during their study abroad, it means giving up their national public student status.

2. Who can apply for the national study abroad fund?

1. Doctor:

(1) Students studying for doctoral degrees in China want to study abroad for six months to two years through joint training programs at home and abroad.

(2) Students who apply for a doctoral degree in a foreign school and go abroad directly to study for a doctoral degree for three to four years after graduation from a master's degree.

2. Master:

(1) Apply for a master's degree in a foreign school, and go abroad directly to study for a master's degree for one or two years after graduation.

(2) Students who are studying for a master's degree in China and want to study abroad for three months to one year through joint training programs at home and abroad. 3. Art graduate students:

This category is special and refers to students who meet one of the above four categories. If your major is art design, you can choose to apply for this, but you can only choose one of the above items and art, and you can't apply for it at the same time.
