1. Foundation volunteers implement a unified subsidy distribution system; Volunteers in the agreement can receive living allowance upon approval.

2. Settlement time: volunteers pay in RMB every month, and the settlement time is from last month 1 to 31(30);

3. Payment date: every month 15 (in case of holidays, it will be advanced to the latest working day), and the bank card paid to individuals through the ICBC account of the Foundation may not be paid in cash;

4. Payment amount: According to the post responsibility standard, it will be approved by the Standing Council after being audited by the Secretariat.
