how to handle the inter-provincial transfer (transfer-in) process of endowment insurance?

(1) Persons applying for inter-provincial transfer of general accounts must meet one of the following conditions:

1. Men under 5 years of age and women under 4 years of age;

2. Returning to the place where the household registration is located for employment;

3. Transferred with the approval of organizations at or above the county level, human resources and social security departments;

4. When reaching retirement age, the last insured place has paid less than 1 years, and will be transferred to the last insured place with 1 years of insurance, or transferred to the household registration place because there is no insured place for more than 1 years.

(II) Method of fund transfer:

1. Storage in personal account: transfer the accumulated principal and interest according to individual contributions before January 1, 1998, transfer the total storage in personal accounts according to 11% of individual contributions from January 1, 1998 to December 31, 25, and transfer it according to 8% after January 1, 26.

2. Overall fund (unit payment): based on my actual payment salary in each year after January 1, 1998, it will be transferred according to the sum of 12%; if the insured payment is less than one year, it will be transferred according to the actual payment months.

(3) Before leaving the original insured place for inter-provincial employment, the insured person shall apply to the social security agency of the original insured place for the Basic Endowment Insurance Payment Certificate.

(4) The social security department should pay attention to prompt the transferred-out personnel to go through the formalities of payment first, otherwise the payment period will not be calculated.

(5) If the insured person has multiple pension insurance relationships, the social security institution will negotiate with him to determine that only one of the personal accounts will be kept, and the personal accounts of other relationships will be refunded.

(6) Men over 5 years old and women over 4 years old can only apply for the transfer of temporary payment accounts, and the transfer procedures are the same as those of general accounts. Transfer to the social security institution and mark "temporary payer" in the information system. The transfer place is marked with "temporary payment personnel outside the province".
