As far as the actual situation of the Institute of Chemical Technology is concerned, the teachers who taught me are the ones that I look up to. Now I still remember the university planning that Teacher Jiang told us in the first engineering drawing class, the full classroom of Teacher Tang in the math competition, and the full blackboard writing of Teacher Liu in the physics class in my sophomore year. Of course, there will be some teachers who are irresponsible, and this problem does exist. This problem is more serious when it comes to junior professional courses. Many professional course teachers are professors in colleges and are well-known experts in the province and even the whole country. However, their requirements for students are too low and their teaching ability is seriously insufficient, which leads to students' lack of interest and teaching results. Personally, I think that the style of study in South China is really poor. Usually, the requirements are loose, and the test scores and test atmosphere are not grasped, which leads to the decline of the style of study and the poor evaluation of the outside world. Schools sometimes attach too much importance to the cultivation of graduate students and the transformation of scientific research results, but forget that the construction of universities should not only be academic, but also teaching.
