Beijing Red Cross Foundation is a public offering foundation with independent legal personality, which is headed by Beijing Red Cross Society and registered by Beijing Civil Affairs Bureau. Founded in June 2008, the foundation focuses on three major projects: helping doctors, helping students and helping people in need.
