1. Visa agent

(1) If the visa is within the validity period and the visa type is consistent with the qualification type accepted by the Overseas Studies Fund Committee, there is no need to apply for a visa.

(2) If you need to apply for a visa, and the country is not a country that handles visas by itself, you can entrust the overseas office of the Center to handle the visa on your behalf. Please visit the "Public Study Abroad" page in China for specific handling methods and materials to check the relevant requirements.

2? Ordering an international air ticket

Warm reminder: Please order an international air ticket by mail after you get the visa by yourself or by our agency.

(1) For those who want to book air tickets, please visit the "Public Study Abroad" page in China to check the relevant requirements and procedures for booking air tickets./publish/Portal/tab96/info15596.htm. In principle, on-site booking will not be accepted, and application must be made at least 1 working days in advance.

(2) If the one-way ticket provided by the Ministry of Education to study abroad is abandoned for personal reasons, the ticket staff should be informed by email at least 1 working days in advance, and please download the "Declaration on Abandonment of Ticket" (signature should be handwritten). For the template, see Item 8 "Common Documents" in the "Instructions for Handling". (1) Basic information table of overseas students in public schools:

(Please register and fill in the form online in Item 2 of "Instructions for Handling" in the column of "Studying Abroad in Public Schools" in China, log in with csc student number of the Overseas Studies Fund Committee as the user name, add the information with the original csc password, and print it after submission)

Procedures for obtaining the registration card and receiving the living expenses in advance (if any):

Warm reminder: get a visa, order an international air ticket from our office or give up ordering an air ticket from our office, and go to our office 1-2 working days (excluding holidays) before departure after the self-purchased air ticket is confirmed.

* Pay the fee after going through the charging formalities at the front desk.

(4) Those who have studied abroad for less than one year or those who have already undergone physical examination when applying for a visa (such as Canada, New Zealand, Australia and other countries) do not need to provide the International Travel Health Examination Certificate.
