The transfer of user power assets refers to the transfer of power facility assets owned by users to the power grid enterprise, and the power grid enterprise is responsible for maintenance and management. There are two main situations.

The first is policy-based overall transfer, such as the overall transfer of rural collective assets in the reform of the rural power system, and the separate transfer of "three supply and one industry" in the family areas of state-owned enterprise employees, etc. ;

The second is that users individually transfer their own power facilities to the power grid enterprise.

The former is mainly an overall transfer of assets in a specific period and according to a specific policy; the latter is generally an individual behavior of a single user, usually free of charge.

Receiving power assets transferred from users for free, on the one hand, the receiving power grid company can obtain the power facilities needed for production and operation at the minimum cost, which is an effective means for the company to become bigger and stronger;

< p>On the other hand, power grid enterprises can rely on their strong technical strength and management level to be more conducive to the management of power equipment and ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid and the rights and interests of users.
