Article 5 The employing unit shall go through the registration formalities of urban maternity insurance at the social insurance agency designated by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. If the employer terminates or the registered items of urban maternity insurance are changed according to law, it shall go through the cancellation or change of registration formalities with the original registration authority within 30 days from the date of occurrence of relevant circumstances.
Tenth urban maternity insurance benefits include:
(1) Maternity allowance;
(two) maternity medical expenses subsidies.
The maternity allowance for employed women is paid by the urban maternity insurance fund, and the maternity allowance for unemployed women is paid by the unemployment insurance fund; Maternity medical expenses subsidies for pregnant women are paid by the basic medical insurance fund for urban workers.

The urban maternity insurance fund shall be earmarked, and no unit or individual may use it without authorization.
The management and supervision of the urban maternity insurance fund shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and the municipal social insurance fund.
