Csc is the China china scholarship council (CSC), referred to as the Foundation Committee, and is a non-profit enterprise legal person directly under the Ministry of Education.

1, refer to the 20 18 General Instructions for the Selection of Overseas Students Funded by the National Fund for Studying Abroad to learn about the selection scheme, selection category, basic application conditions, application time, etc.
2. According to the status of studying abroad and the destination country of studying abroad, inquire about the items that can be declared, understand the specific selection method, and determine the application items for studying abroad and the specific sending channels.
3. According to the requirements of the project to be applied and the dispatching channel, do a good job in the preparation for the early application.
4. With the consent of the employing unit, log on to the information platform for online registration according to the application time determined by the application items and channels (see the Instructions for Filling in Forms of Online Registration System in china scholarship council for details).
