Tao is a poor student from all over the country. They were funded by Jiangsu Tao Xinbo Scholarship Foundation, so they came together and formed a poor, motivated and positive student group.

The Foundation is a non-religious, non-political and non-public offering foundation, which focuses on funding and educating people in colleges and universities. Tao Xinbo and Liu Guangli are donors of the Foundation. Founded in 2006, the foundation was recognized by charitable organizations in 20 17 and was awarded 4A grade in 20021year.

The Foundation cooperated with 22 cooperative universities in Jiangsu Province to establish Berberis Scholarship. Berberis Scholarship supports about 4,500 people each year, with an amount of 5,000 yuan per person per year. The funding policy is "funding for four years at a time".

Bolishe is a non-political and non-religious student association composed of Boli Scholar Tao Zifa, and is guided by the Academic Affairs Office of cooperative universities and the Communist Youth League.
